The picking time of Blue Mountain coffee is September to April in the next year, workers start picking from the place of low altitude while the one at high altitude will be picked at the latest. The reason why blue mountain coffee so precious is that every single coffee fruit is all picked and supervised by hand. Generally speaking, it is time to pick the coffee fruits if they are red enough.
The most famous company in this field is Wallenford Coffee Company, which belongs to national institution. The area of this manor is over 10,000 kilometers, owning about 9000 coffee trees that are all situated at the places over 1000 meters high.
