2. All-acid beans, local acid beans, feature: the coffee bean shows yellow-brown or reddish brown was identified as acid beans. Forming reason: the acid beans are in the process of harvesting and processing, beans produce fermented yeast contamination by bacteria.
3. Moldy beans, feature: the preliminary stage of moldy beans has yellow-brown or reddish brown point, and this is caused by bacteria erosion. Forming reasons: the moldy beans usually have mold spore. After harvest and be keeping at a specific temperature and humidity, it will make moulds grow and infected beans.
