I like to drink ice coffee. Usually before brewing, I will do some pre-prepared. First, I will prepare 60 grams of deep baked coffee beans, and then moderate grinding. If you want to rush less, you can only prepare 30 grams of coffee beans, and 500 ml of water to brew. Put the ground coffee powder in a coffee pot and pour 1 liter of cold water. At this point, I will use the spoon slowly stirring for 30 seconds. It is best not to stir too long, otherwise it will lead to brewing out of the ice coffee too thick, resulting in bitter taste.
Then, let stand for 10 minutes to an hour. Finally, I gently stir gently once, and then use the filter paper and filter to filter out the coffee, the ice into the cup to complete. one way degassing valve to tell you, if you do not like the special taste of filter paper, you can also use filter cloth filter coffee.
