Since coffee fruit is not ripe at the same time on the same tree, high quality coffee must be hand picked. About 75% of the world's coffee is Arabica, but only 10% can be used for coffee in high-end coffee shops. If the coffee beans produced from a country or region have not been mixed with other coffee beans, we call that coffee beans a single coffee bean.
The types of Arabica coffee trees include: Bourbon, Typica, New modern nybrids catura,Catimor and Variedad Colobiana.
The growth climate of coffee beans is moderate rainfall and adequate sunshine.The main growing regions of the world are the Americas,Africa,Arabia and Indonesia.Of these,about 80% countries grow coffee.
Mature fruit coffee will appear as dark red, commonly known as coffee cherry . Usually a coffee fruit is covered with two oval green beans.
