The one way exhaust valve tells you that Yirgacheffe is a small town located at an altitude of 700-21,000 meters. In Ethiopia, there is also competitive coffee bean called Yirgacheffe. In the ancient Yirga means to settle down, Cheffey means wetlands. The flavor of coffee produced in Yirgacheffe is very special, the Ethiopian coffee farmers are very proud of their own coffee with the flavor of Yirgacheffe.
At the first time ,the coffee trees of Yirgacheffee were planted by European monks, and later by cultivated by farmers.
In face the planting of Yirgacheffe was built by the surrounding coffee communities or cooperatives. The climate is like spring all the year round ,so the unique coffee flavor can be cultivated.
