Though people believe that caffeine and sleep have Inseparable relationship, and there is less evidences to prove this relationship is right.
The experimental results show that majority people know how to use caffeine, and it is not difficult to use a little amount, only if you do not drink black coffee at midnight. There are some experiments make people which unaware of the circumstances to intake of caffeine and sleep, so many people are surprised that caffeine did not affect the sleep of these people. People always blame caffeine caused their bad sleeping, and they deem that caffeine not only affects sleep, but also harmful to the body. And they blamed all kinds of unknown symptoms caused by caffeine, such as: palpitation, headache, high blood pressure and so on.
