1. Use a glass to make "Rum" coffee
Raw materials (1 serving): 1 cup brewed coffee, 1 tablespoon black rum, 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur, 2 tablespoons of fresh cream, 2 teaspoons of chopped chocolate
Production method: In the goblet, pour in rum and light it. Rotate the goblet for a few seconds. Add coffee liqueur and hot coffee, then add the cream, and leave the cream stay on the surface of coffee. At last, sprinkle chocolate chips on the coffee, the delicious coffee is ready.
2. Extremely complex and interesting "Ice" coffee
Raw materials (1 serving): 1 cup brewed coffee, 1/3 dark chocolate, 1 tablespoon thick cream (30% fat content or more), 1/4 finely ground cinnamon.
Production method: filter the pre-brewed coffee and let it cool down. Pour half of the water in a small pot and boil the water. Divide the chocolate into several pieces on the plate. When the water is boiling in the pot, put the plate containing chocolate on the pot. After the chocolate melts, turn it off. Afterwards, stir the finely ground cinnamon, hot chocolate and coffee together until it cools, while stirring the cream into air shape. Put a few ice cubes in the goblet, pour chocolate coffee into the goblet, and pour the cream on the coffee surface. Finally, the finely ground cinnamon is sprinkled on the surface of the coffee, and the delicious coffee can be presented.
