The model WJ01P stick label valve is different from the other two one way degassing valves in terms of appearance, and there are also great differences in application. 1. Appearance:WJ01P is 20L*25W*0.55h mm square label valve,and the other two type one way degassing valve with filter or without filter ,the diameter about 20mm ,height is 5.9mm,round one way degassing valve. because the label valve volume is smaller than the round valve ,so the freight cost is lower than the round valve.
2. Application: the round valves can only be used in food kraft paper bags, fermented feed bags, aluminum foil food bags, pet feed bags and other bags. The WJ01P label valve is not only suitable for sticking on the surface of composite packaging bags, but also for sticking on the surface of cans, paper cans, plastic cans, etc. That is the advantage that the plastic valve does not have.
3. Install :WJ01P need the worker drill a small hold on the package bag, then use the label valve cover the hold , and the sticker is successful. But the round valve WJ1901 and WJ1902 need the semi automatic valve applicator to be hot press. So the sticker label valve WJ01P is more convenient than round valve WJ1901 and WJ1902.
In effect, the round valve wWJ1901, WJ1902 are the same as the WJ01P sticker label valves. we need to put some coffee bean in the coffee bag with one way degassing valve ,because beans are roasted, the cell walls of coffee beans are destroyed, so they release carbon dioxide. At this time, the coffee beans continuously release the gas. When the gas reaches the pressure setting in the valve, the gas will be discharged through the one way degassing valve hole, because of one way degassing valve , the outside air can't get into the bag.
