one way degassing valve has a big effect on the goods that would create gas,but only high quality one way degassing valve has obvious effect,if the one way degassing valve is not good,it can’t has such an obvious effect.So,how to distinguish the quality of the one way degassing valve is important to the customers.
There are several ways to distinguish the quality of one way degassing valve.
1. distinguish according to the structure
This is the simplest way to distinguish its quality.
①check if the one way degassing valve has a adhesive,which is used to seal the rubber disk to the polythene base.If there is lack of the adhesive,the rubber disk can’t connect to the disk tightly,the entrance of one way degassing valve is easy to open so that the outer air would enter the packaging bag to oxidize the goods.
②watch the gloss of the one way degassing valve,good one way degassing valve must use good material.If its appearance looks glossy and seems transparent,the one way degassing valve is good.On the contrary,if the one way degassing valve does not looks glossy and transparent,the one way degassing valve is inferior.
③be sure if the one way degassing valve is lack of any part and material,a good valve can’t lack any part of the five basic components,the polythene base,the bottom cap,the rubber disk,the adhesive and the filter.
2. test the freshness of coffee
If the one way degassing valve is used to coffee packaging,make a cup of coffee and test the freshness of coffee is a good way to distinguish the quality of one way degassing valve.It’s better to make a comparison in different time,for example,do the experiment after one month,two months,three month and longer time using the valve,writ down the test result and make comparison.Compare the foam volume when making coffee and the acidity of the coffee.If there still are lot of foam and the coffee taste less sour,it is said that the coffee is kept well.Otherwise,,the one way degassing valve is not good and can’t keep the freshness of coffee effectively.
3. check the fermented feed
The one way degassing valve placed in the packaging bag aim to help venting the air that produced by the feed.If the one way degassing valve is good,it can help keeping the high quality of fermented feed for a longer time.If there are gas trapped in the packaging bag,or the fermented feed is moldy,it’s no doubt that the one way degassing valve is inferior.
