What is the difference between one way degassing valve and sticker valve

Both one way degassing valves and sticker valves can be used for packaging that requires gas release; functionally, there is no difference between them, though they differ in structure and installation method.

The one way degassing valve must be heat-sealed onto the packaging bag using a valve sealing machine. When the internal air pressure reaches a certain level, the valve opens to release gas while minimizing the entry of outside air.

Sticker valves can be applied directly onto the packaging bag. Before application, a small hole - serving as an exhaust vent—must be made in the bag, and the valve is then placed over this opening.

In practical applications, the choice between the two venting methods also requires consideration of the packaging bag's material, structure, and production method, as well as installation efficiency.

Whether choosing an exhaust valve or a patch valve, proper installation and effective sealing are crucial factors in ensuring the exhaust function operates correctly.
