To better meet customers’ needs for different bag sizes and safer operation, WOJIN has upgraded the VM-04 valve applicator to the new VM-04 PRO, with improvements in machine adaptability and operation.
Two Depth Options Available
The VM-04 PRO is available in two maximum depth options: 150mm and 200mm. Customers can choose the suitable model according to their packaging bag size.
Touch-Activated Pressing for Enhanced Safety
The upgraded VM-04 PRO replaces infrared sensing with touch-activated operation. The operator needs to touch the safety plate before the valve pressing process can start, helping reduce accidental activation and improve operational safety.
Two Operation Modes for Greater Flexibility
The machine continues to support foot-pedal operation while adding touch activation. Operators can choose either mode according to their production needs and working habits.
From VM-04 to VM-04 PRO, this upgrade is more than a new model,it reflects WOJIN’s focus on safer, more flexible, and practical valve pressing solutions.
